Same fair pricing, wherever you are
Rural communities shouldn't pay a penalty for their location.
Our all-inclusive pricing covers routine services without hidden fees, and our rates are posted online so you can estimate costs first.
Rates stay steady after you join.
We charge a 2% management fee, below the industry average, plus per-owner fees. Your board decides how much financial and meeting support to add. That's it.
Use the calculator on our Pricing page, then request a free quote. We’ll send written confirmation within one business day.

A family company that goes the distance
Small rural associations and larger planned communities get the same care from us. Family ownership gives us more resources than a solo manager and a personal touch you won't find at national firms.
Managers who make the trip
Because our managers keep sustainable portfolios, they have time to get out to communities like yours regularly.
We already manage associations in Nuevo.
Supervisors from our Riverside office support them.
Our family-owned corporate office has HOA professionals who understand the rules for unincorporated communities, too.
Your board can also email Scott Brady, our founder and CEO, directly.
About the founder
Scott Brady has worked in Southern California real estate since 2012. Believing every association deserved better, he founded Progressive Association Management in 2020. He's advocated for HOA reform locally and statewide, written the book on HOAs, and built tools to keep associations financially sound.
Resources you can access from anywhere
Our free online library means rural board members have the same access to guidance as anyone else.
Self-managing boards are welcome.
Rural HOA know-how for Nuevo
Smaller planned communities
Most associations in Nuevo are smaller planned communities with private roads and shared open space, which gives them a different maintenance profile than a city condo complex.
Permits through Riverside County
Because Nuevo is unincorporated, permits and code enforcement go through Riverside County, which can affect project timelines. Starting paperwork early keeps projects on schedule.
Open land and the San Jacinto River
Surrounding open land brings wildfire exposure, and properties near the San Jacinto River should check current flood maps. Both belong in your insurance review.
Roads and drainage come first
In Nuevo, private road paving and storm drainage are the largest reserve items. Steady funding keeps those projects from turning into assessments.
A quieter pace of life
Lake Perris, wide-open views, and room to breathe give Nuevo residents a quieter pace than most of Southern California.

Our HOA has had the privilege of working with Neil Murphy. I cannot begin to explain how much Neil has gone above and beyond for our community. He puts in an excessive amount of hours and keeps his cool. Neil, if you see this, we appreciate you and thank you for all your hardwork and dedication.
Our property manager, Neil Murphy, is very responsive to questions/concerns that arise from residents in our HOA. When I could not get much help from accounting for a billing issue, he followed up to make sure it was addressed. Moreover, he is diligent in communicating with vendors regarding bids and projects.

FAQs
Yes. Your manager inspects on-site at least every other month, just like in the city. Extra visits are available for a small fee.
Our proprietary HOASnapshot is like a Carfax for your HOA. It gathers your CC&Rs, budget, reserve study, delinquencies, litigation, and other key data, then prioritizes it. Boards use it as a baseline.
Yes. Managing close to 1,000 properties and more than 269 associations, we carry:
- General Liability – Covers injury or damage at managed sites or during our work.
- Errors and Omissions – Covers our agents' professional work.
- Cybertheft – Protects operating, trust, and reserve accounts.
- Workers Compensation – Covers staff through the state fund.
- Fidelity Bond – $1,000,000 bond on funds we hold.
Let our management team know and we'll reassign you. Please allow a few months for your manager to learn the community first.
Start by terminating your current contract. Check the termination terms, since some contracts need 30 days' notice, some 60, and some only allow cancellation during a specific 30-day window before renewing for a year. Notice by email or letter works. Then sign with us and we'll handle the transition: contacting your old company, taking over the owner role, gathering governing documents, switching banks, and onboarding owners. We can do it in 30 days; 45 is better.
