Accessibility
Statement

Our commitment
Progressive Association Management is dedicated to equal access for people with disabilities, in keeping with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and HUD guidelines. We want every board member, homeowner and visitor to be able to find information, request a quote and reach our team with ease.
Our standard
We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines help make websites easier to use for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor, speech or cognitive disabilities.
The site does not fully meet that standard yet. The areas we know about are listed under Known limitations, and we are working through them.
How we support accessibility
- Clear page structure with headings that screen readers can follow
- Text descriptions for meaningful images
- Color contrast chosen for easy reading
- Pages and forms that work with a keyboard alone
- A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page
- Form fields with clear labels and helpful error messages
- Layouts that adjust to phones, tablets and zoomed screens
- Plain, clear language wherever we can
- A pause control on content that moves on its own
Where one of these does not yet hold on a particular page, it is listed under Known limitations.
How we test
We do not rely on automated overlay plugins such as UserWay or AccessiBe. We test the site by hand, the way people actually use it.
- Real-device screen reader testing: core pages and forms tested on an iPhone with Safari and VoiceOver (iOS 26).
- Keyboard and code review: menus, the multi-step Free Quote form, moving content and image descriptions checked with the keyboard and in the page code.
Our most recent review took place on October 26 and 27, 2026. [To confirm by Marla: any other tools or screen readers used, for example axe DevTools, BrowserStack, NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver on macOS, and the date testing was completed.] We review the site regularly and whenever we add new pages or features.
Known limitations
Our most recent review found these areas that do not yet fully meet our standard. If any of them gets in your way, contact us and we will get you the information another way.
- Zooming in Safari: on some pages, zooming in past 100% in Safari can break the layout, and with VoiceOver on, some content can be cut off or hard to select.
- Mobile menu with VoiceOver: we have changed the menu so focus moves into it when it opens, but that fix has not yet been re-tested on an iPhone with VoiceOver.
- FAQ answers: with VoiceOver on, an opened answer on the FAQs page can be cut off before it is fully read.
- Blog: new articles load automatically as you scroll, which can make the footer links hard to reach with a screen reader.
- Pricing tables: the rate tables on the Pricing page are read cell by cell by screen readers, and one column shows a bar graphic with no text value.
- Color contrast: on a few pages, including Contact Us and For Homeowners, some text or buttons do not yet have enough contrast against their background.
- Contact form with VoiceOver: on iPhone, the bar fixed to the bottom of the screen can cover some fields of the Contact Us form.
- Image descriptions: some logos in the accreditation strip and some team photos do not have clear text descriptions, and team members without a photo show initials that may be read as separate letters.
- Heading order: on a few pages, such as Home and Our Founder, headings skip a level, which can make the page outline harder to follow.
- Maps: the maps on HOAs We Serve and Areas We Serve can be zoomed with a keyboard, but there is no one-step way to reset the view, and the pins on Areas We Serve cannot be reached by keyboard. Every community and city on the maps is also listed in text on the same page.
- PDF documents: some downloadable PDFs, such as payment and assessment forms, are not yet tagged for screen readers.
- Client Portal: our homeowner and board portal is provided by CINC Systems. We do not control its code, and some features may not fully support screen readers or keyboard navigation.
