ABOUT SCOTT BRADY

Scott Brady headshot
Scott Brady is co-owner and principal of Progressive Association Management, a CACM-member HOA management company serving communities throughout Southern California. Since founding the association management division in 2020, Scott has grown the portfolio to 228 associations and nearly 15,000 homeowners through 100% organic growth.

Scott specializes in community association management, HOA board relations, and operational systems that deliver accountable, transparent service to Southern California homeowner associations. His model was built in direct response to a well-documented industry gap: more than 65% of HOA boards report they would not recommend their current management company. Progressive was designed from the ground up to change exactly that.

By limiting each Community Manager to 10 associations or 1,000 owners and providing full back-office support, Progressive consistently delivers superior service at a scale most HOA management companies cannot match. The company is now one of the fastest organically growing association management firms in California, with documented daily service standards that hold the team accountable to every board it serves.
