About the Association
Located within the foothills of the San Gabriel Valley on Route 66, Motif at Glendora Place is a gorgeous new community of town-homes and retail space in Glendora. These three-story residences are conveniently located near exciting shopping, dining and entertainment destinations. The community has an outdoor kitchen with picnic tables, barbecues and Tot lot amenities.
Community Manager: Lauren Plowman
Lauren Plowman is a second-generation Realtor. She has been managing residential properties, assisting buyers and sellers, and working as a Community Manager for over 5 years. She prides herself on responding quickly to community issues and her ability to solve problems. Married in June of 2020, Lauren lives with her husband in La Verne, expect to have their first child in January of 2021, and when not managing communities, Lauren enjoy country music, wine tasting and spending time with family and friends.
